Print - Font tests

I chose to put this text in my font test because it is quite a simple and against the wall in my cover for the CD, it would be easily readable.

I chose to put this in my font test because it was more different than the others. It wasn't my favorite choice because of the lines above and under the text.

I chose this one because it was elegant and gothic at the same time.

I chose to put this one up because i like the illuminated letter at the front. It also looks really gothic and medieval.
I chose this one because it looks fancy, sophisticated and appropriate to use on my CD cover.

This is the idea i decided to choose. I chose this because i felt it got the feel of horror, death and terror. I wanted the text to have the feel of this because the CD cover is dark.

Production Diary

Friday 7th January

This Friday at college we had to chose two out of three groups that caught our intrest. These groups were,

  • Music
  • Video
  • Print
I decided to chose Video and print. The reason I chose these two choices were because I found these the most appealing to me. The music looked intresting, but it did not really meet my intrests.
For the rest of the day the people who chose music went into the recording studio and found out what they would be doing, meanwhile the people who didn't choose music were to watch the music students and     learn breifly how things work in the recording room. We learnt how to turn on the sound and speak to the students in the other room using the deck.

Friday 14th January

This Friday at college the first hour of our Media lesson was spent on finishing our blogs. The second hour, was spent in the theatre watching bands play for us. My favourite was The Squeeze because they were creative had personality and they showed alot of emotion.

Friday 21st January

This Friday at college, we spent a while on our blog sites. Then after that we then proceeded to our first Video lesson. In this lesson, we learnt all about white balance , the auto button and focus. I enjoyed this lesson because I learnt all about how the camera works and i would now know how to take a picture in the right mode.
